September Journal: Fall Paint Colors

Welcome to our September Journal! This month we decided to share our favorite fall paint colors, as well as a guide for selecting a finish. Nothing transforms a space like a fresh coat of paint. As the seasons begin to change, we are coveting all the moody and saturated tones. While not every room in a home needs to be accented by paint, we love using darker tones in small sitting rooms, powder rooms, bathrooms, and pantries. Using darker tones in cabinetry and millwork can also be transformative and a unique way to add visual interest. These fall paint colors are sure to warm your home, creating cozy spaces that are welcoming yet sophisticated.

Not only is selecting a paint color one of the toughest and most important decisions, but one of the questions we get asked most often is “what finish goes where”? To answer that question, we’ve created a guide we typically go by. Bookmark this entry to revisit when you are starting a paint project!
